CERN has a code of conduct, which applies to all members of the personnel, consultants, contractors and anyone engaged in any other capacity at or on behalf of CERN.
The Fund has guidelines for the implementation of CERN’s code of conduct to ensure that it is managed in accordance with the fundamental ethical principles of honesty, integrity, objectivity, fairness and competence and in the interests of its members and beneficiaries, as well as to protect it from the consequences of conflicts of interest.
